He is survived by : his wife Barb; his children, Kim VanderMei (Ralph), Sherri Nelson (Jay) and Eric Paul Balser; his grandchildren, Jamie Weiss (T. J.), Danielle Balser, Jordan Nelson (Blake), Josh Quist, Zachery Balser, Noah Balser, Haley Quist and McKenna Nelson; and his sister Karen Matheis (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
