It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Francis Pelto (Calumet, Michigan), born in Laurium, Michigan, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 2, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her great-grandparent Frank Turino; and her uncle Philip Maatta. She is survived by : her parents, Christopher Pelto and Brianna Korpinen; her brother Zephaniah; her grandparents, Zeph, Pam Korpinen of Hancock, MI, Alicia, Nick Harris of Rockford, MI, Chrissie Maatta, Kevin Bohlen of Jackson, MI and Stanley Pelto of Boston Location; and her aunts and uncles, Samuel Pelto (Jennie LaCasse), Mara Pelto of Jackson, MI, Zeph Korpinen of Calumet, MI and Kelsey (Tim Rogers).
