He is survived by: his parents, Duane Puuri and Brenda Puuri (Olson); his uncle James Puuri; his brothers, Duane "DJ" Puuri and Derek Puuri (Natalie); his children, Sylas, Demi Jo, Madisen and Alyssa Puuri; his granddaughter Laylah Puuri; and his nieces and nephews, Kaelyn and Kyler Puuri. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
