He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Jo Harter; his parents, Henry Harter and Flora Harter; his siblings, Rita Strand, Robert Harter and Elizabeth "Betty" Sotlich; and his former wife Mae Harter.
He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Horton (Henry "Boe"); his grandchildren, Lacee Patterson (Joe) of Baltimore, MD, Sierra Horton, Krista Horton (Chris Salter), Uriah Horton, Levi Horton (Ashton) and Henry Horton III; and his great grandchildren, Drew Ellyse, Parker Lynn Horton and Atticus Howell.
