He is survived by: his wife Amy (Nelson); his daughters, Isabella Zanetti and Shawna Nelson; his sister Kelli Martinez (Jerry); his siblings' children, Jerry, Alexandra and Kristofer; his sister Kristin Nelson (Darrell Clark); his siblings' child Briar; his sister Nicole Nelson; his siblings' child Carter; Karen.
