She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Leroy and Geraldine Kelley (Taylor); her in-laws, George Rowley Sr. and Carolyn Raymond; her daughter Tamera Harrah (Ken); her siblings, Lawrence Kelley and Terri Kier; and her close friend Anita Walter (Claude).
She is survived by: her husband George Rowley Jr.; her children, Charles Walter, Summer Walter, Stephanie Boggess (Dusty), Robert Day, Emmily Tavernier, Tiffany Tavernier, William Boggess, Anastasia Boggess, Dawn Knight (Adam) and Natashia Walter (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Zoie Walter, Samantha Walter, Dominic Sumner, Melody Walter, Tori Walter, Dahne Rowley, Williams, Triston Walter and Christine Beatty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
