Marella A. Gier Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marella A. Gier of Camden, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Yale Salisbury and Norma Salisbury (McDougal); her husband Charles Blaine Gier; her son Garry Gier; her siblings, Carolyn Lockwood (Russell), Jerry and Larry Salisbury; her son-in-law Larry Timberman; and her granddaughter Shannon Risner.
She is survived by: her children, Charla Timberman of Camden and Kevin Gier (Linda) of Reading; her siblings, Sandy Martin (Alden) and Yalen Salisbury (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Nickie Grange (Mike), Zebulin Timberman, Hilary Rogers (Joe Burlew), Amanda Radford (Jared), Jennifer Grant (Brooks) and Holly Jenkins (Blake). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Frontier United Methodist Church, Hospice of Hillsdale County or the Montgomery Fire Department.
