She is survived by: her mother Arlene Augustine; her daughter Chasity Augustine (Chad Nieuwkoop); her grandchildren, Audra, Haley, Ethan, Cody and Aden; her siblings, David Augustine (Fran), Bill Augustine (Nancy), Kathie Sue Card, Ken Augustine (Pennie) and Ruth Augustine; and her uncles, Robert Brander and Larry Ellsworth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and the many friends.
