He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Loretta; his children, Anthony Foley, Kara Church and Alice Hale; his grandchildren, Sam Martin, Kyoko Oja, Emily Martin, Hikaru Raad, Austin Martin and Sam Hale; his great grandchildren, Melody, Asher, Evelyn, Wesley, Eliya and Yuzu; and his siblings, Lowell Foley and Mary Ann Foley-Norris.
