He was predeceased by : his parents, John "Jack" Eby and Arlene Eby. He is survived by : his wife Teresa; his children, Adam, Katherine and Sara; his siblings, Ruth Paquin, Mark Eby (Margaret) and Lynda Eby; his brother-in-law David Balash (Cheryl); and his father-in-law David Balash (Eleanore).
