He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Scott, Sr. and Lucille Scott. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Lehr; his daughters, Jennifer Scott, Heather Anderzak (Chris), Lynn Rodriguez (John) and Gina Hudecek (Scott); his grandchildren, Alexandra Fredericks (Cody), Jacob Hudecek, Johnny Rodriguez, Trevor Hudecek, Caleb Cata and Riley Kearney; his great grandchild Jack Fredericks; his sister EIota Nicholson; his niece Natasha Bjerre (Frank); his nephew Theron Nicholson; and his great-nephew Emil Bjerre.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Herb and Olivia Scott Fund in support of The Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund, continuing Herb's legacy of caring for those who served.
