He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Toby, II (Kimberly) and Kimberly Tomaszewski (Leo); his granddaughter Valerie Tomaszewski; and his siblings, Wanda Burkhart (late Jerry), Roger Toby (Ruth), Wayne Toby (late Alice) and Phyllis Daniel (Joe).
