We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Kenneth Brooks (Canton, Michigan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid adieu to Kenneth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kenneth has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Derek Brooks (Nicole) and Dayna Pina (David); his granddaughter Genevieve Pina; and his mother-in-law Christine Mardegian.

Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The lying in state was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas A'Becket Catholic Church (555 S Lilley Rd, Canton, MI 48188). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

While on the force, he volunteered with the Van Buren Goodfellows serving as President, Growth Works, and CAF-5 (Community Assistance Foundation).
