She was predeceased by: her parents, Tirso Julián González Osío and Evangelista Mariche of González; her husband Gabriel Ostos Izaguirre; and her siblings, Aura, Zoraida, Tirso, Nora, Alexis, Máximo, Mildred and Marcos.

She is survived by: her children, Gabriel Ostos González (Chaxiraxi Castellanos) and Jennifer Ostos-Salazar (Eduardo Salazar Vega); her grandchildren, Maria Gabriela, Miguel, Arantxa, Mateo and Maximiliano; and her siblings, Néstor Wilfredo González Mariche, Nereida and Carmen González of Pérez. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The lying in state was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (44800 Warren Rd, Canton, MI 48187). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
