She was predeceased by : her parents, Justine Henke (Boos) and Walter Henke; her stepmother Patricia Henke (Deno); and her brother-in-law Richard Charmack. She is survived by : her sisters, Mary Amann (Henke) and Maureen Charmack (Henke); her brother-in-law Bryan Amann; her nieces, Lindsay Werner (Amann) and Lauren Maxwell (Amann); and her nephew-in-law Wesley Maxwell.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Martha's memory may be made to the UW Foundation and directed to the UW Health Transplant Center Greatest Needs Fund.
