She was predeceased by: her husband Duane; and her parents, George Fowler and Patricia Fowler. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa (James); her grandchildren, Bernadette and Cyrus; and her brothers, Butch (Ilene), Will (Mindy) and Jim. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
