She is survived by: her husband Charles Stevens; her children, Patricia Slack (Daniel), Chuck Stevens (Shelly) and Jack Stevens (Karen Sherrard); her grandchildren, Joshua Slack (Katherine), Joel Slack (Kathryn), Kristen Slack, Chase Stevens (Ashley), Lexi Turoldo (Anthony) and Kacey Stevens; her great grandchildren, Amalia, Aya, Stella, Brenda, Rohan and Caroline; and her siblings, Rocco Ceravolo (late Patricia) and Agatha Darling (late Charles).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Penrickton Center for Blind Children.
