He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Trame and Viola Trame (Kapp); and his wife Elizabeth Trame. He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Trame (Andrew Laing); his close friend Mariam Malek; his brother Robert Trame (Diane); his sibling's children, Robert Trame, Jr. and Catherine Galanti; and his great-nephews, Anthony and Michael Galanti.
