She was predeceased by : her husband Robert; and her brothers, Donald Robert Buchanan and Lawrence Burt Buchanan. She is survived by : her children, Jawad Ammad Kazi, Jill Ann Morda (Daniel) and Joseph Allan Novak (Lynn); her grandchildren, Jessica, Karianne, Georgia, Joe, Habib and Takbir; her great grandchild Violet; and her siblings, Linda Ogle (Jim) of Lewisville, TX. and Tom Buchanan (Christine) of Commerce Twp.

Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Timothy Presbyterian Church in memory of Sally.
