He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester A. Noetzel and Isabel Noetzel; his brother Louis (Justine); his wife Mary; and his son Joseph.

He is survived by: his sibling Lake. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
