He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Rice, Tammy Lynn Butka (Mike) and Wendy DeMichele Gilbert; his stepchildren, Thelma Betterly, Carmal Baker (Norman), Milton Walters (Janette), Randal Walters and Carrie Morin (Matthew); and his brother Philip DeMichele.
