He was predeceased by: his father Jeffery Miller. He is survived by: his mother Nettie "Theresa" Jamison; his siblings, Nicholas Miller, Missy Avery (Jesse), Angie Ferris and Keith Jamison; his nieces and nephews, Nichole, Addison, Dawson, Leland, Tenley, Jacob and Kyle; his aunts and uncles, Jesse (Norman), Shelia (Charlie), Karen, Jerry (Cathy) and Eddie; and his grandmother Lynn. He is also survived by several cousins as well as friends.
