She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; her daughter April Macdonald; her parents, William and Mary; and her sister Jeanne Gregory.
She is survived by: her son Joe Kastura (Tina); her grandchildren, Madelyn, Josie, Jordan Wieck (Tony), Catie Chirco (Joey) and Kyle Macdonald (Brenna); her son-in-law Mike Macdonald; her nieces, Laurie Englehart and Marianne Ford; and her nephew Richard Englehart. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michigan Humane Society or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), honoring Carol's enduring passion for animal welfare.
