He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Baxter and Jennie Baxter (Croasdale); his wife Alice Kish; his son Dean W. Baxter; and his sisters, Sally Perron and Janice Kelt.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie McDonald; his sons-in-law, Robert Baxter and Karl McDonald; his grandchildren, Jennifer McCalla (Nick), Jeffrey McDonald (Blanca) and James McDonald (Lisa); and his sisters, Marjorie Doty and Beth Hinton. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
