He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kwiatkowski and Florence Kwiatkowski (Boron); his in-laws, Charles and Jewell Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Clayton, Dennis Thomas and Jill Thomas.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Kwiatkowski of Patrick's Catholic Church; his siblings, Ronald Kwiatkowski (Krystal), Nancy Atkinson (Frank) and Robert Kwiatkowski; his nieces, Chelsea Rupert (Josh), Kylie Johnson (Garrett), Karlee Pershing (Josh) and Julianne Atkinson (Matt Allison); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Walker Johnson, Luke Rupert, Evelyn Rupert and Baby Johnson.
