He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschell Dalton and Valerie Dalton (Vaughn); and his siblings, James Dalton and Maxine Tanner. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Terri) of Carleton, Douglas (Pamela) of Belleville and Annette Locklear (Keith) of Tuttle, OK; his sister Eva Winningham (Millard) of Melvindale; his grandchildren, Eric Dalton of Flat Rock, Carrie Furmanek (Kevin) of LaSalle, Ontario, Jennifer Dalton of Belleville, Nicole Dalton (David DeRousse) of Kalamazoo, Ryan Locklear (Jill) of Newcastle, OK and Chris Locklear of Oklahoma City, OK; his great grandchildren, Evan and Avery Dalton; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Carter Furmanek, Emma, Levi, Anna and Cole Locklear. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
