Konopka (Nikki) and Erica Ashley-Lyne Ratliff (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Gavin, Adasyn, Gage, Jordyn, Gracen and Brady; his sisters, Patricia Heskett (David) and Julie Tackett (Mitch); and his close friend Phill Roberts.
