She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Phillips and Ellen Phillips (Ashcroft); her spouse Hallie Holmes; her sons, Timothy and David Holmes; and her brothers, Raymond and Ronald Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan LaFave (Randy); her niece Michelle Dennings; her daughter-in-law Sandra Holmes; her grandchildren, Scott Frick (Crysty), Kyle Frick (Michele), Kelly Bullard (David), Heather Wallace (Jerry) and Hallie Holmes (Lucy); her great grandchildren, Ella, Quinton Frick, Kayla, Haley, Kholie Bullard, Hannah, Hayden Holmes, Hadley Wallace and Lucas Holmes; her great great grandchild Charlie Holmes; and her great-niece Sarah Lowe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
