He is survived by: his wife Patricia Holzworth of Caro; his children, Charles Holzworth (Barbara) of Caro, David Holzworth (Ronda) of Caro, Tamara Hugger (Eric) of Ada and Lori Block (Douglas) of Weidman; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hostetler (Matthew), Steven Holzworth (Chelsea) of Traverse City, David Holzworth of Bonita Spring, FL, Casey Nachtweih of Clarkston, Jessica Harvey (Marshall) of North Pole, AK, Jacob Brown (Diane) of Lake Orion, Zachary Mis of Lansing, Kyle Brohm (Heidi) of Shipshewana, IN and Caitlin Brohm of Rittman, OH; and his brother Konrad Holzworth (Kathleen) of LaGrange, IN. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
