She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Hutton and Esther Hutton (Dickinson); her husband Richard Paul Downing; her children, Sherri Harrington and Steven Downing; her daughter-in-law Margaret Mary Downing; her grandson David Wilcher; and her brother Elwin Hutton (Peggy).
She is survived by: her children, Rob Downing (Susan), Ross Downing (Linda), Kelli Sue Jackson (Heath), Margie McPhillips (Jerry), Shelli Downing (Shawn York), Jennifer Sykes-McLaughlin (Gavin) and Cheryl Dillon (Pat); her children-in-law, Brent Harrington and Dawn Downing; and her grandchildren, Jared, Jade, Aimee, Jamie, Kristy, Chad, Ryan, Andrea, Dwayne, Meghin, Sara, Kaylin, Kylie, Alex, Rayne, Corey, Cara, Caleb, Collin, Caylee, Rhys, Bryn, Liam, Mandy, Tammy, Samantha and Ali. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
