He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Sakuta and Isabel Sakuta (Fodo); his sons, Nicolas Sakuta and Lonny Walter; his father-in-law Bruce Wieland; and his siblings-in-law, Kris Harris and Bruce Wieland, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Wieland; his sons, Matthew Sakuta (Kelsie) and Brett Sakuta (Megan); his grandchildren, Edison Sakuta, Maylee Sakuta and Marshall Sakuta; his mother-in-law Carol Wieland; his brother Fred Sakuta (Lynette); and his brother-in-law Michael Wieland (Geri). He is also survived by several niece, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home (205 W Sherman St, Caro, MI 48723). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Dale's family will be present to receive visitors on Thursday at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to a charity of the donor's choosing.
