She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Carroll and Bramlette Carroll (Simkins); her former spouse Lonnie Gene Copeland; and her siblings, Dale, Jesse, Dock (Jim), Bob Carroll and Polly Hendrickson.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Torka; her children, Lonnie Wayne Copeland (Elissa), Jimmy Doyle Copeland (Hazel) and Jamie Torka; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Copeland (Delila), Sarah Copeland, Victoria Rose Rathburn and Luke Whisnant (Aiyana). She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Living Promises Fellowship.
