He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Baker and Anne Baker (Lake); his wife Darlene Clark; and his brother Thomas Edward Baker. He is survived by: his children, Gail Leach (Craig), Kathy Powers and Brian Baker; his grandchildren, Matthew Powers, Stephanie DePriest-Powers and Koda Baker; his stepgrandchildren, Tatiana, Adrienne and Elijah; and his niece Catherine Slagle.
