He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sugden and Grace Sugden (Bowers); and his wife Viola Tolfree. He is survived by: his children, Sue (Don Presley), Carl (Cindy Sugden), Yvonne (Edward "Bud" Dankers) and Henry (Janice Sugden, Jr.); and his stepchildren, Connie, Dwain Sutter, Dan and Mary Thorp. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Caro United Methodist Church (670 W Gilford Rd, Caro, MI 48723). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
