He is survived by: his wife Christy O'Kelly; his children, Josefina Ella-Garcia Addison (Jenna), José Luis Garcia, Jayden James Garcia and Cordellia Lynn Garcia; his stepson Jaron Guild O'Kelly; and his sister Julie Clapper (Joel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
