She was predeceased by : her parents, Alex Kanyok and Bessie Kanyok (Kocsis); her sister Joann Acord; and her siblings-in-law, George, Gene, Gordon Taggett, Owen Acord, Jerry Post and Janet Taggett.
She is survived by : her husband Gary Taggett; her children, Adam Taggett (Lisa Thomas) and Amy Hecht (Troy); her grandchildren, Koryn, Andrew, Amanda, Ryan, Maisie and Carsen; her great grandchild Benson; her siblings, Ethel Blackmer (Bob), Ron Kanyok (Cheryl) and Tom Kanyok (Diane); her sisters-in-law, Gloryanna Post and Mary Taggett; and her close friend Beth Mellendorf. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the family wishes, c/o Gary Taggett, 205 West Sherman Street, Caro, MI 48723.
