She is survived by: her sons, James Burnham, William Burnham and Tom Burnham (Jody Garbacz); her grandchildren, Ricki Gorkowski (Craig), Samantha Frazee (Michael), Zackary Blogg, Kaylin Campbell and Gracie Blogg; her great grandchildren, Ryan Gorkowski and Audry Gorkowski; her brother Timothy Osborn; her boyfriend Tim Armstrong; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, friends.
