He is survived by : his wife Nancy Parker; his children, Norman Parker (Kristen Parker), Jennifer Parker and Jeffery Parker (Kimberly Parker); his sisters, Janice Jackson (Duril Jackson), Betty Williams (late Benny Williams), Freda Saylor (Lloyd Saylor), Sandra Burke (Tony Burke) and Debra Parker; his sisters-in-law, Debra Parker, Sandra Burke (Tony Burke), Freda Saylor (Lloyd Saylor), Betty Williams (late Benny Williams) and Janice Jackson (Duril Jackson); his grandchildren, Isabella Parker, Sawyer Parker, Elijah Parker, Asher Parker, Eliana Parker, Emery Parker, Adalyn Parker, Jordan Parker, Jane Hawthorne, Rose Hawthorne and Lucy Hawthorne; and his siblings, Lorene Cottongim (late Roy Cottongim) and James Parker.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (9136 Davison Rd, Davison, MI 48423). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
