He is survived by: his children, Rachel Putnam-Farley (David), Adam Putnam (Stacy Yeary), Kathy Urban-Hansen (Mike) and Jim Urban (Tammy); his grandsons, Max, Rex and Travis; his siblings, Eugene Putnam and Norma Kraus (Richard); his girlfriend Jill Milostan; and his pets, Jake and Molly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, friends.
