He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Kathleen Longtine, Charles and Mary Curtis; and his cousin Chuckie Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Curtis; his parents, Gary Curtis and Roberta Curtis; his brothers, Michael Curtis (Stacy) and Adam Curtis; and his aunt Sherry Giniel. He is also survived by family members, friends, and Army brothers.
