He is survived by : his wife Ann; his daughter Dawn; his son-in-law Jeremy Warren; his sons, Michael and Steven DeFrates; his grandchildren, Zachary Allen (Savana), Kennedy Carver (Briston), Reid Allen, Kaitlyn Allen, Alexis Nowak and Kayleigh Watson (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Hayden Allen, Griffin Carver, Ramsey Dawn Carver, Ella Allen, Oliver Watson and Ada Watson.
