He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Emery and Ruby Emery (Tennant); his wife Dolores Wisniewski; and his sons, Gregory Richard Emery and Randolph Lee Emery.

He is survived by : his children, Terry Alan Emery of Frankenmuth and Lisa Marie Nusz of Akron; his grandchildren, Falon Watson, Holly Bommarito (Anthony), Alicia Leach, Chelsea Leach and Brad Leach (Brooke); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Paige, Elecktra, Lexie, Brayden, Aria, Lucas, Carter, Ava Mae, Siniya, Astreah, Winter and Brantlee. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
