Vicente Guzman Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 26, 2024, at the age of 93, Vicente Guzman of Caro, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvaro Guzman and Juana Guzman (Calling); his wife Maria Abuyuan; and his sister Librada "Li" Lumelay. He is survived by: his children, Marirose (John Ilkka), Alvin Guzman of Caro, Marijo (Scott Vollmar), Michelle (Jim Turner) and Andrew (Kyle Guzman-Sutton); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Samuel, Joshua Ilkka, Luke, Nyah, Jonah, Simone Vollmar, Jade and James Turner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to St. Christopher Parish – God's Group or Mundelein Seminary (https://usml.edu) to support the next generation of parish priests.
