He is survived by: his children, Christopher Alexander (Janet) and Karen Steinberg (Tony); his grandchildren, Jodi Haven (Jay), Gerald Steinberg (Christina), Jack Alexander, Luke Alexander, Claudia Swanson (Daniel), Lily Tufer (Zach) and Elena Alexander; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Brent, Christian, Lucy, Blaise and Anastasia; and his close friend Ann Coffin.
