It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Cleo Schlegel of Carson City, Michigan, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronald Huhn and Harriet Durbin; and his cousin Joshua Reed. He is survived by: his parents, Cleo Schlegel Jr. and Karla Huhn; his son Landin Schlegel; his siblings, Caitlyn Huhn and Zachary Huhn; his grandparents, Cleo and Judith Schlegel Sr.; and his nephews, AJ, Zayne, Branson and Asher. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carson City United Methodist Church (119 E Elm St, Carson City, MI 48811). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
