He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W., Jr. and Bessie Barr (Morley); his former wife Alice Burgess; his siblings, Don, Richard, Ken, Bessie and Melanie; and his daughter-in-law Karen Barr.
He is survived by: his children, Perry (Barbara), Thomas, IV, Lana Warren (Bill) and Joanne Paehlig (Dan); his friend Bev Herrington; and his siblings, Larrie Barr and Dianne Burgess Peasley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and 12 great -great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pomeroy Funeral Home - Carsonville (85 S Main St, Carsonville, MI 48419). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
