He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Key and Rosa Key (Wilhite); his son Don Michael "Mike" Key; his siblings, Dolly Vance (Chuck) and Delbert Key; and his great grandchildren, Kenneth, Logan and Elly.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Key; his daughters, Debra Jo Key, Cheryl Davis (Duane) and Noelle Galleck (Chris); his daughter-in-law Claudia Key-Friedman; and his grandchildren, Todd Key (Alicia), Brian Key (Leanna), Donovan Galleck (Tracy), David McNeil, Jenna Jones (Dan), Denee Lopez, Donald Galleck, Ana McKenzie, Dominic Galleck (Shelby), Drew Galleck (Jessica), Adam McNeil (Bri), Caitlin McNeil (Johnnie Kilby), Ashley Roberts (David), Dillon Galleck, Dalton Galleck (Megan Kolomak), Dawson Galleck, Darcie Galleck (Dean Peryerk), Delvin Galleck (Victoria Rybinski), Damelia Galleck (Hunter Langley) and Deyenna Galleck (Ty Tennant). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
