He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Burzynski and Mary Burzynski (Gliniecki); his wife Eleanor Welker; his children, Thomas and Maureen Landrum; his son-in-law Jami Cork; and his brother Donald.

He is survived by : his children, Bill of LaGrange, Indiana and Linda Cork of LaGrange, Indiana; his children-in-law, Stephen Landrum and Audrey; his grandchildren, Christopher Landrum, Joe Burzynski and Kara Concepcion (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Austin, Mitchell and Leo.
