He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Osentoski; his brother Troy Osentoski; and his grandparents, Mark "Pete", Evelyn "Delores" Walsh (Michalski), Lloyd and Lucille Osentoski (Pionk).
He is survived by: his mother Lana Walsh Padilla (Walsh) of Cass City; his brother Joshua Nichols (Tina Gindro) of Cass City; and his pet Katie. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
