She was predeceased by : her parents, William Cartwright and Clara Cartwright (McCreedy); her husband Theron Lee Middaugh; her sons, Theron Jr., Chuck Middaugh and Ken Middaugh; her grandson Chad Middaugh; her great grandchild Dylan Middaugh; and her siblings, Joan, Margaret "Mickey", Marian, Elizabeth, Billy, Sally, Dennis and Danny.
She is survived by : her children, Cindy Fields (Mike), Jill Leeson (Joe), Mike Middaugh (Kristin) and Tim Middaugh (Kris); her daughter-in-law Tammy Middaugh; her grandchildren, Jon, Joshua, Stephanie, Nick, Morgan, Jared, Kyle, Becca, Randi, Fred III, Brandon, Carter, Logan and Seder; and her sister Jeanette Staschke.
